2010-2011 Request For Proposal Information

United Way of Eastern Maine is pleased to announce our Request For Proposal for health and human services programs located in Hancock, Penobscot, Piscataquis, Waldo and Washington Counties for funding year FY11 (July 1, 2010 – June 30, 2011).  Eligible agencies may apply using the following documents:

1. Overview and Grant Application Guide (PDF)

2. Community Investment Grant Application (Word Document)

3. Combined Federal Campaign application and eligibility (PDF for hard copy submission)

Applications are due no later than Tuesday, February 9, 2010 by 4:00 p.m.

In addition, United Way will be hosting three optional informational meetings, followed by outcomes trainings at the following dates and locations:

  • Ellsworth: Tuesday January 12, 2010 at Darlings Auto Mall 9:00 a.m. - noon
  • Belfast: Wednesday January 13, 2010 Belfast Free Library – 9:00 a.m. - noon
  • Bangor: Thursday January 14, 2010 – Penquis Offices - Penobscot Room 9:00 a.m. - noon
