What To Bring to a CA$H Free Tax Prep Site

Social Security Card for each member of your family and birth dates of all dependents

W-2 forms for ALL jobs worked in 2008. All 1099 Forms for other income
(including unemployment)

Childcare provider name, address and Tax ID

Other tax-related documents you have received, including letters from the IRS

• For the fastest return- automatic deposit, bring a voided bank check or your bank's routing number (ABA) and your account number (both of these numbers are on a check)

Both spouses must sign the return in the preparer's presence (on joint returns).

Real estate tax receipts

• Amount of Economic Stimulus received in 2008

• If available, a copy of last year's tax returns speeds up the filing process, but this is not necessary.
